Description
Mozerella: A semi-soft, non-aged raw cheese made out of 100% fresh cows/buffalo milk. Used in forms of powder, shredded and in different types of ball shapes which called “Fresh mozerella” keep in water packs.
Usage: used for most types of pizza and several pasta dishes or served with sliced tomatoes and basil in salad. Melt it over toast or your favorite protein; add it to breakfast and top roasted vegetables.
